About Field Guide Enterprises

Field Guide Enterprises is an executive consulting, training and marketing communications company founded by Mr. Dunn in 2004. Mr. Dunn provides insight and recommendations for merchant bankcard companies focusing on new product or service launches.

For more than ten years Field Guide Enterprises, LLC has assisted growing companies in finding cost effective, high-impact sales growth and exit strategies. The company specializes in four areas: executive consulting to merchant bankcard firms and companies selling through the merchant bankcard channel; sales training and seminars; selling agents and ISO’s residual streams and portfolios; and marketing design and communications.

Mr. Dunn is host and creator of the Field Guide Seminar series. The purpose of the Field Guide Seminar series is to convey knowledge of what it takes to succeed as a registered ISO in the merchant bankcard industry. The Field Guide Seminars have trained hundreds of attendees in Chicago, Cleveland, St. Louis, Ft. Lauderdale, Jacksonville, New Orleans, Phoenix, Anaheim, San Diego and San Francisco.

In the electronic payments industry for over twenty-six years, Mr. Dunn has held senior management and sales positions with a processor, a terminal manufacturer, a software company, an ISO and a bank. This breadth of background gives Mr. Dunn a detailed understanding of each piece of the merchant services puzzle. His extensive contacts enable him to reach a wide audience within the payments industry

Mr. Dunn is also past president and co-founder of the Midwest Acquirers Association. He is currently serving as treasurer of the MWAA. Since 2003 the MWAA has grown to be the second largest bankcard conference in the US with nearly 600 attendees.
